  • ECGs, X-Rays, Spirometry

    At East Jones Family Medicine, we provide a range of in-office diagnostic services to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. Our advanced equipment allows us to monitor your heart and lung health, and assess potential issues early.

    Electrocardiograms (ECGs)
    We offer in-office electrocardiogram (ECG) testing to detect abnormalities in the heart’s electrical activity. This test measures the electrical impulses that control the rhythm of your heart as it contracts.

    Using our state-of-the-art ECG machine, we record the electrical activity of your heart and display the results either on a screen or printed on paper. Our medical team then interprets this data to identify potential issues.

    An ECG can reveal irregularities in heart rhythm or signs of heart muscle damage, which may not be obvious through physical exams alone. ECGs are often recommended for patients at risk of heart disease, especially those with a family history of heart conditions, or individuals who smoke, are overweight, or have diabetes, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure.

    X-Rays
    We also provide in-office X-rays, a valuable tool for examining most areas of the body. Primarily used for evaluating bones and joints, X-rays can also help detect issues with soft tissues, such as internal organs. Common conditions detected through X-rays include bone fractures, breaks, and some types of internal damage.

    Spirometry
